University of Agricultural Sciences, Mandya has four constituent colleges at Mandya, Hassan, Chamarajanagara and Ponnampet. UASM offers four undergraduate Programmes on Agriculture, Forestry, Biotechnology and Food Technology. UAS, Mandya also offers Master’s Degree program in 11 disciplines and Doctoral Degree program in 5 disciplines of Agriculture and allied sciences. College of Agriculture, Mandya offers two-year Master’s degree program in four disciplines and Doctoral Degree under three disciplines in the faculty of Agriculture. College of Agriculture, Mandya also offers two years course on Diploma in Agriculture. College of Agriculture, Hassan offers three undergraduate programs, and Master’s program in three disciplines under Agriculture and allied sciences. College of Forestry, Ponnampet offers Master’s program in forestry under four disciplines and Doctoral programme in two disciplines. The University also offers one year certificate course on Distance Education under Agriculture Extension Management at OFRS, Naganahalli, Mysore and three KVK’s of UAS, Mandya. Besides, provides one-year diploma program in Diploma in Agricultural Extension Services for Input Dealers designed specifically for agri-input dealers to transform them into para-extension professionals, equipping them with formal agricultural knowledge to serve local farmers.
