About PPMC at UAS Mandya
The Project Planning and Monitoring Cell (PPMC) at UAS, Mandya plays a pivotal role in guiding institutional growth through strategic planning, monitoring, and evaluation of research, extension, and academic programmes. Functioning under the direct supervision of the Special Officer, PPMC ensures timely execution of projects, optimal resource utilization, and alignment with national priorities.
PPMC supports the preparation of perspective and annual plans, evaluates the performance of technologies developed, and facilitates academic collaborations at national and international levels. It serves as a liaison between principal investigators, finance and purchase sections, and funding agencies.
PPMC assists in preparing Self Study Reports (SSR), Vision documents, and responses to legislative queries. It plays a vital role in consolidating reports for government bodies, monitoring faculty progress, and maintains a comprehensive databank of university activities.
By integrating policy inputs with ground-level execution, PPMC ensures that UAS, Mandya remains responsive to evolving agricultural challenges and stakeholder needs.
